I'm. Ellis I guess.

Because I don't know how to pronounce Elias
And Eliah will get called Elijah all their life

Elias is like tobias. Is it perceived as tricky to pronounce?

What about Elliot?

Ellis, or as pp suggested Elliot, which I think nicer somehow.

Eliah is too close to Elijah (and my phone autocorrects it to Elijah and then to Elias when I tried to change it)

I like Elias. He was the good soldier in Platoon. Ellis reminds me of the coke head in Die Hard.

Eliah looks as though a letter is missing! Ellis is nice.

I have an Elias! He is usually known as Eli. He's five and loves his name, I've only had positive comments on it.

I also like Ellis, but agree that Eliah would be confused with Elijah.

Have you considered Elliott? I know a little one, also known as Eli.

And there's also Eliam, pn E-lye-am

That's great to know! I do love the name Elias. It's unusual but not too uncommon at the same time.
It would probably be between Elias and Ellis.

Prefer Elijah to Elias and Eliah. My sons friend is Elijah and most people shorten his name to Eli as well.
