Is Ayla (pronounced Ay-la as it's spelt) too similar to Lila (lie-la)?

If it's sisters -I personally wouldn't put those names together. It sounds a bit matchy

Dermymc · 02/04/2019 06:38

Yes

HappyGoLuckyGo · 02/04/2019 06:42

Hmm. For siblings I think they're quite similar and wouldn't use them, but I wouldn't worry about it if it's cousins/friends.

A little too much of a tongue twister for me I'm afraid.

Littlefish · 02/04/2019 08:03

Much too similar.

Cecedrake8989 · 02/04/2019 08:27

Yes

redwoodmazza · 02/04/2019 08:37

Definitely.

TheRedFox · 02/04/2019 09:33

If siblings then it would be too similar for me. If it's another child in the family then I think it's fine.

Calixtine · 02/04/2019 12:34

Yes

MikeUniformMike · 02/04/2019 12:39

Yes, they're too similar. Try looking for a name that contains consonants that are not L.

ParisWilton · 02/04/2019 13:29

Yes, but the only Ayla I know pronounces it the same as Isla

LegoPiecesEverywhere · 03/04/2019 16:33

Yes

Icklepup · 04/04/2019 16:32

Too similar
