Hello ladies

Asking for a friend as she is not on MN.

Which looks better in your opinion:

Lucy Eloïse
Lucie Eloïse?

Husband is French but they will be living in Jersey which has a strong French influence.

Surname is French

Names also considered:

Manon
Sophie
Anaïs (but with no mn)
Maëlys (no mn)

All thoughts gratefully received

Lucy Eloïse

With a French surname, I’d be leaning towards Lucie.
Just seems like it would look nicer written down Blush

ketchupormayo · 14/03/2019 09:43

Lucie Elouise for sure

Peachbubble · 14/03/2019 10:06

Lucie Eloise, I think

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 14/03/2019 12:23

Lucy.

Much prefer Manon though.

DramaAlpaca · 14/03/2019 21:54

I usually prefer Lucy, but in this case I'd say Lucie.

bridgetreilly · 14/03/2019 21:56

Lucie looks better but I don't like the combination. Too many repeated sounds make it difficult to say.

Divgirl2 · 14/03/2019 23:48

Another vote for Manon Eloïse, that's a beautiful name!

Lucy Eloïse doesn't flow very well, and Lucie Eloïse looks "fussy".

MollyHuaCha · 14/03/2019 23:54

Lucie
