I like Rafael with Rafi for short. Leo is lovely but there are loads of little Leos around at the moment.

Definitely Leo. It's really much better.I dislike Rafi a lot. Don't like Raphael/Rafael/Rafferty - type names at all.

Leo, but I’d probably choose Raphael nn Rafi, as Leo is too popular for my liking. If you’ll not use a longer name, I choose Leo.

Love Rafi. I knew one when I was at school, his parents were Iranian I think. It’s a lovely name, for me it has positive connotations
