We had our heart set on Benjamin as a name for our son but with a surname beginning with J we’ve decided it doesn’t work!!
So we are now struggling with what we should call him, and I’d be interested in other people’s thoughts on the below names??

Oliver
Henry
Arthur

We’re calling our DS Arthur. So I’m biased. I also love Oliver but I’m not a huge fan of Henry. They’re all fairly popular, but I’m not sure if that bothers you

I think that if you like the name Benjamin then you should use it. Maybe broken up with a middle name?

Henry would be my choice

I would pick Henry. Though tbh, I think Benjamin with a J-surname actually isn't that bad. Well, as long as your J-surname isn't something like Jojoba! Johnson, Jones, Jarvis, James, Jackson, Jørgensen, Jacobs, or anything similar to those all sound alright to me, so just go with Benjamin if you love it.
