I find it very chavvy sorry.
I just picture a badly behaved child whose parents let him do as he pleases. The type who'd go for the teacher if she told him off.

I think Brodie would be better spelled Brody. It's more obviously a boys' name then. It's not my style at all though.

I think the male version is spelt Jody.
I know you've not asked for opinions on it, but that's an awful name, too especially for a boy. Saying that though. The Jody I knew never encountered any problems eg teasing ect.

Quite popular in Scotland and not chavvy either, the ones I know are at private school .

Its a name thats grown on me. A work colleague has a daughter 14 who is stunning called Brodie so I suppose I associate it with her.
