George. Jay is ok if it's short for something but it's a but feminine.
Joshua is nice enough, just I know several in their mid 20s, but none older than that.

Jay always sounds like he has a full name but no one can be bothered to say it so they just say the first letter.

Joshua is nice but popular.

George is ok.

You could choose Joshua and have Jay as a nickname?- ‘J’ / Jay for Joshua.
Agree with pp that Jay as a stand-alone name feels incomplete but as a nn it works.

Joshua really over popular and gained a rep where I grew up but considered quite normal and underused elsewhere

Jay - usually short for, know an absolutely useless article with this name

George - had gained a following pre Prince George And is now as mundane as Jack and Harry, which is really weird because there was only one the entire 13 years I was in school and he got mocked for having an unusual old fashioned name. 10 a penny now.

I don't love any of them but if I had to choose I suppose I'd go for Joshua. Jay is a bit of a nothing name and George is the name of a sweaty perv.

I don't like any, but would choose George if I had to. Don't like the sound of Josh or Joshua at all.

I like Jay actually, maybe because I know a very nice boy of that name. I also like Joshua, but I’ve never been a big fan of George- it’s just such an ugly sound. Its popularity suggests most people don’t agree with me though.
