Clara. Love it a lot. Taline just makes me think of the capital of Estonia and Maya feels like it should be short for something else. They all sound pretty though.

I have an Arab friend called taline. She is beautiful and makes the name beautiful.
Maya is also a beautiful name, I think also Arabic?
Is Clara also an Arabic name? I would really like to know if it’s also Arabic as well as Latin?

is Taline pronounced Ta-leen?

I’ve never come across it as a given name before, it’s lovely.

Clara is nice enough but a bit clunky.

Maya is nice but so overdone.

Love Clara. Sounds elegant and classic to me. Maya is ok- a bit popular maybe? Don't like Taline.

Me being uncultured first read Taline as 'Tay-line', but google says it's pronounced 'tah-Lee-nee' which I love and is so pretty and unique. Sounds like a strong, creative, and mysterious girl!

I think I'd have to say Clara first, although I don't tend to like the "cl-uh" sound if you know what I mean. It's the name of one of the characters in The Nutcracker, which I love about it. Second would be Maya, and third Taline. I'm not a fan of Taline as I think you'd have issues with pronunciation and it's quite unusual. Smile

Never heard of Taline makes me think of Tahine - is that a sauce ??
Maya is ok a bit samey as so many millions of Maya Mila Millie Lilly Lila etc
Clara is lovely but I would say that as I have one !

In fact I just came out of this and the first thing I saw was another thread asking about Aya and Mila or something
