Is the letter C specifically or is it the K sound? If it's the latter you could also consider names beginning with K and Q.

charlie is a lovely boys name. it means free. the name has always reminded me of a sweet, cheeky, happy and gentle little boy. In the book private peaceful by michael morpurgo the main character charlie is a protective, loving and very kind big brother and since then its always been a favourite boys name of mine. so when we had a boy this is the name we knew we were going to go for. having a boy after a girl i had this image of a son of mine coming into my room in the mornings in his pyjamas holding a teddy bear and thought of christopher robin and was happy the first two letters of his name was ch. he loves winnie the pooh and has christopher robin as a nickname when hes playing with his teddy especially when we go to our nearby woods. i much prefer charlie to christopher though and he is very much a charlie. our son is charlie not charles as i think charlie sounds sweeter and more fun and laid back. the prince charles connection kind of gives me a bad feeling of the name charles even though i like charles dickens and the dad in a house on a little prairie was called charles which i watched as a kid
