Alan. Normal name but literally the only one under the age of 50 I've ever met.

Milan - boy
Breah - boy
Newborn girl Ishrael (pronounced ish rail -don't how it is speltl)

My son who's an adult now went to school with a Zeus which really suited him, I met him a couple of years later and he'd changed his name to Dave. Confused

tryingtobebetterallthetime · 23/07/2019 02:30

Another Canadian who has known lots of Claytons. Clay for short. I always thought Clay was kind of a sexy masculine name! Showing my age, do you think?

Memerency

I’d forgotten that one!

Bobbiepin · 23/07/2019 11:42

Bit late to the game and not RTFT but Tova is Hebrew for 'good'.

Not heard at toddler groups but my last teaching cohort had:
Fanta
Amen
Treasure
Lulia
Chyna (funnily enough with an Aysha, pronounced Asia, in the same class)
and a 17 year old Margaret

Bobbiepin · 23/07/2019 11:45

And an Alpha who most certainly does not live up to his name. His brother is named Simon. Go figure.

MrsCharlesBrandon · 23/07/2019 12:09

In my circle of friends we have:

Oakley
Pixi
Stanley
Frank
Calesea
Chardonnay
And DD1 who is so unusual there were fewer than 3 named in her birth year (too outing!)
