We’ve been thinking Connie for our second daughter for a few months, loved it at first but just recently I’ve started to question it (probably because I’m over thinking it) I literally don’t like any other names though. (Although am welcome to amazing suggestions!) What does the name Connie make you imagine the child/adult to be like? Thanks guys!!

Oh @sleepismysuperpower1 that’s so sweet. If I will be guaranteed one like that I’ll definitely call her Connie! Wink

Google "Peter kay Connie" Grin

I like the name Constance, with Connie as a nn.

Sophronia · 25/01/2019 19:50

I prefer it short for Constance.

Waitingfortherain · 25/01/2019 19:55

I love the name Connie, it’s lovely!

RedDwarves · 25/01/2019 19:56

My MIL is a Connie.

She's brilliant, but a total eccentric. She does yoga on the beach, is involved in reiki and goes to South America for drum circle conventions. She collects crystals and burns incense. But she's absolutely lovely.

RiverMeadow · 25/01/2019 21:04

I absolutely adore the name!

Shadow1234 · 25/01/2019 22:02

I like Constance nn Connie a lot, but I couldn’t imagine using it myself. Not for any particular reason. I recently met a two year old with that name and I thought it suited her and was lovely.

UnDeadPool · 26/01/2019 10:12

Makes me think of Connie Beauchamp- the kick ass doctor from casualty.

Hohofortherobbers · 26/01/2019 20:06

Lovely name. My granny's name and she was the most amazing woman. So resourceful, able to turn her hand to anything, she was really good at crafts and very artistic.

Highpeak · 26/01/2019 23:20

The little Connie I know is feisty and adorable

MumMumMum1 · 27/01/2019 14:13

My sister is called connie and we always say she should have been constance and connie for short

She rarely gets called connie and gets called con/cons more x

Chinks123 · 27/01/2019 23:04

Love it!!! On our list if this baby is a girl! I know a Constance with the nn Connie but she is in her 90s. I think it’s beautiful.

MumMumMum1 · 28/01/2019 13:03

I do like Constance! DP isn’t as keen so may have to work on him...
