Initials and middle names

I might be beginning to overthink our DD’s name (due shortly).
We want to call her Isobel and use the name Lena for a middle name (a special family name). Our surname begins with L so am concerned about initials spelling ‘ill’. Do you think this would be a problem?/Would it bother you?

We could add in another middle name (toying with the idea of two previously anyway). In that case, any suggestions welcome please.
Isobel xxx Lena L... or Isobel Lena xxx L...

I don't think the names run brilliantly because of the two Ls next to each other. Both names are pretty.
I'll just pick a random L surname - Lewis (substitute your own)
Isobel Lewis and Isobel Lena Lewis are fine. I. L. Lewis is fine.
ILL as initials isn't too bad.
You could add another name after Lena if you wanted to - probably one that doesn't start with L.
e.g. Isobel Lena Harris Lewis

I was going to suggest using Elena, but that wont work if it's a family name.

I think Id put in something between Isobel and Lena. What about Isobel Mary Lena? Dawn? Ruth? I'm thinking short, and not too many L's or vowels.

I think it’s absolutely fine. ILL isn’t an embarrassing or bad word. If it was POO or something that other kids could pick fun with I’d think twice but I don’t think ILL is exciting enough to prompt teasing!

I'd avoid I.L.L. I wouldn't like those to be my initials.

What about Isobel Amelia Lena L..?

Amelia is also a family name and hubby was keen to use it but until I thought about the initials, I wasn’t so fussed about having 2 middle names.

Would you not do some tweaking.

We copied swap the names round Lena Isobel but we were keen to give this baby her own name and use the middle to honour the relative.

Still in two minds about this conundrum!
