I like Susie but not Susan x

Snappedandfarted2019 · 07/01/2019 13:05

Sophie! I have a Sophie and it’s timeless plus she’s the only one in her class think Sophia is more popular

Astronica · 07/01/2019 13:08

Susie but with Susannah on the bc. I do love Sophie but the popularity makes me lean towards Susie.

Choosinganame · 07/01/2019 13:16

Sophie

MikeUniformMike · 07/01/2019 13:35

Susie. I love both but Susie is more unusual for a baby.

slappinthebass · 07/01/2019 14:37

Susie, just as cute but totally refreshing from all the thousands of Sophie's

WhatASmashingBlouse · 07/01/2019 18:30

I love Susie but husband has vetoed it. I would use Susanne/Susannah on the BC like previous poster has said.

LegoPiecesEverywhere · 07/01/2019 19:54

Susie

Twisique · 07/01/2019 20:00

Love Susan!

AWishForWingsThatWork · 07/01/2019 20:02

I would use Susannah or Suzanne on the BC if I wanted 'Susie' as the nn.

Sophie is nice but quite popular.

Jessabean · 07/01/2019 23:36

I prefer Sophie- know is more popular at the moment but I still think it's the prettier more timeless name of the two. Plus it seems Sophia is the more then name of the moment/really popular choice than Sophie.

Olddognewtricks2019 · 07/01/2019 23:45

No another Soapy, please. Susanne - Susie

oneboy3girls · 08/01/2019 10:09

Many thanks for all your replies.Seems like a split vote.I don't really like Suzanne or Susannah.Appreciate all your views and input.

Susanne is a scandinavian spelling. Suzanne seems dated. Susan doesn't.

Toffeeandyawns · 08/01/2019 12:34

Susie
I quite like Suki too, (Polly put the kettle on...)

Sophronia · 09/01/2019 11:13

Susie

nocluenoidea · 11/01/2019 09:36

Sophie
Susan and Susie are just awful, and very 70s.

Disfordarkchocolate · 11/01/2019 09:38

I love Susan, I knew a lovely one and that always makes me like a name. I know a little Sally and that name I really love.

Cazastrophe · 11/01/2019 09:53

My middle name is Susan and I’ve always hated it. I’d opt for Sophie or Sophia with nickname of Fifi.

Nonameyet1 · 12/01/2019 11:43
