Hi, we are currently expecting our third girl.

I just wanted peoples opinions on our shortlist: Which do you prefer?

• Nora

-Pippa -Florence -Imogen -Pheobe -Matilda

Any other suggestions?
we already have Isla and Freya.

I think Florence or Imogen work the best with the other names. Not another ending in a (I think 3 of them might be a bit much to say together), but another F or I sound good when read out together.

Imogen is my favourite on your list, and goes well with Freya and Isla.

Phoebe (spelt this way) is my favourite but it's a bit much with Freya. I'd choose Matilda

I love Pippa and Matilda is a great choice too.
Not a fan of Nora, but each to their own!

-Pippa - yes -Florence - yes but Freya and Florence a bit too similar -Imogen - yes -Pheobe - Phoebe - too many F sounds? -Matilda - yes

I think I'd go with Pippa.

-Nora - not keen
-Pippa - not keen, unless short for Philippa.
-Florence - like this, but a bit similar to Freya.
-Imogen - I don't generally like this, but I think this is a good match with your other DC names.
-Pheobe - Phoebe (spelled this way) I like, but I don't think it "goes".
-Matilda - yes, I've grown to like this (after not being too keen on it).

My order of preference would be

Florence
Phoebe
Imogen
Pippa
Matilda
Nora

However your tastes are what count! I think Matilda would go well with Isla and Freya.

Love the two names you already have plus Nora is cute and Noah for a girl is lovely. Pippa is my top choice out of them all

I don't like Nora but the rest are nice.

Any of the ones not ending in 'a'. They're all lovely names.
What about Beatrix or Beatrice?

Prefer Cora to Nora.

Personally, I love Imogen but not sure that it "goes" with the other two names you've already chosen. I would say Matilda goes best, if you like all the names equally. Do you have a favourite from your list? I say - choose the one you like best and don't worry about it "fitting". All your girls are going to grow up as individuals!

Nora or Matilda with your daughters names. They're nice names too. x
