Not partying but up with a very grumpy snuffly wee one. I'm pregnant again and trying to keep awake by mulling over names. DD is Carys (if that matters) and these are my OH free shortlists.

Patrick
Jacob
Daniel
Leo

Susannah
Nancy
Mariella
Marcy
Fern
Not sure I like any of the girl's names now I've written them!

The boys' names are all good, you can't go wrong with any of them.

From the girls' list I like Susannah & Mariella, & Fern as well. Mariella might be a bit 'frilly' with Carys, but Fern goes beautifully.

Dislike Nancy & Marcy. Sorry!

Patrick or Leo for a boy. I like other Ed names much more than Edwin - I love Edgar and would love to see it used more, also Edmund.

The boys names are all lovely - the girls names are all horrid - imo!

I like most of the boys names and think Edwin goes particularly well with Carys.

Susannah is my favourite of the girls ideas, so Carys and Susie.

I like Jacob, Daniel & Leo from the boys.
Fern is lovely ! That's the only one really from the girls. It goes well with Carys too !

Love the name Romilly and it goes nicely with Carys. From your boys list my fave is Leo.

How do you feel about Esme? I’ve only ever met 3 children called Carys and all 3 have sisters called Esme!

Edwin, Daniel or Leo for boys
Nancy, Mariella or Fern for girls

If I had to be more decisive, I would do Edwin or Fern as my top two.
