Finn - great but v.popular
Finley - nice but v. popular. Will be Finn
Ellis - yes but a bit feminine-sounding. Will be Elsie.
Peyton - no
Pierce - Piers Morgan? Ok otherwise
Rayan - no
Raylan - no
Callan - yes. Cal.
Layne - too similar to Lame
Mayson - awful. Mason is better but not great.
Aaden - Aiden is Ok.
Reign - no. Sound like Rain

I too was going to say if you are using Mason or Aiden at least use the usual spellings!

I prefer traditional names. One of the ones on your list is REIGN - as in what a monarch does. Imagine anyone being called that.

Bit of a weird list, hope you don’t mind me saying. I think of Ellis as a surname. Finlay or Finn are ok. The rest I don’t warm to. Some very odd spellings, by the way. Are they family or regional variations?

Ronan or Ellis (btw Ellis has been a uk first name for over 100 years, albeit rare).

FInlay is ok ( to my mind finley is just spelt wrong) it is popular and will end up being Finn anyway, Ronan, Pierce and ellis are ok, oakley travis callan at a push I don't like them but recognise them as names and wouldn't say anything to you
beau reign layne aaden mayson are truly awful and I would think but not say poor child being landed with that name the others seem to be made up words raylan seems to be a synthetic fibre raylon
