Brother to Max and Ted

Help! I'm due my third boy in 2 weeks and am stuck for a name. I have a Max and a Ted (Theodore) already and feel like I've already dismissed every other boys' name twice before!
I love traditional and biblical names, and our surname ends with an 'a' sound which rules out quite a few otherwise great names as it would be a bit of a mouthful.
Any ideas to add to my very short list of names? Thanks!

Luke?

Are you going more for short names or long names? I think a long name would be good as you can shorten it like you have with Ted. I love the combo, Max and Ted sounds adorable!
Long names-
Benjamin
Gabriel
Andrew
Joseph
Lucas
Samuel
Samson
Thomas
Timothy

Short names-
James
Jacob
Aaron
Isaac
Joel

Hope it helps!xx

Toby was the name that sprung to my mind.
I know two brothers called Ted and Toby, they go, and with Max too.

Benedict/Ben.
Dominic/Dom.
Fergus/Gus.

Bemoremargo · 30/12/2018 23:58

Ooh, these are great thanks everyone! Yes @millie I should've said, I would like a longer name that could be shortened.
I really love Finn but it doesn't work at all with our awkward surname! And I've used Lucas already for a middle name. Gabriel, Samson and Benjamin are lovely, they're now on the list!
I also like Seth but my husband has a London accent and I'm pretty sure I'd get sick of hearing it pronounced Seff, which is why I went for Ted and not Feo!

Elijah nn Eli would be nice with your boys names.

Bemoremargo · 31/12/2018 00:09

I love Reuben (could that be shortened to Ben?) and Benedict. Hmm, lots to think about now! Thanks again!

I absolutely love Eli and Elijah @GreatDuckCookery and my Mil suggested it last week, but it really rhymes with our surname, which is a weird one. Anything with the same feel as that would be perfect!

Pretty much the only name to go with that is Sam. All the Sam’s I know have brothers called Max and Zack
