Like or loathe?

I don't like it but I don't hate it - I don't like the sound it for some reason. It reminds me of groaning. There's something not quite right about it but I can't quite put my finger on what. I don't think it's nice sounding? I'm really confused, the more I type the more confused I'm getting 😂 this name has really thrown me! On the one hand my first thought was "groaning" and "moaner" but then I thought "but I like the name Ramona" so it's silly that I'd dislike Rhona for those reasons... It's a bit meh. I don't like it. But I don't have a strong dislike. It's not pretty but it's nothing awful either - it's not tacky or OTT or cringeworthy. So it's not awful. It's just not lovely.

I like it, but then I know a few Rhonas and a couple of Rhodas too.

Prefer Rona.

The two Rhona's I know are both middle aged fake tanned chain smokers. I think it's a bit of a 'glam granny' type name - at least round here it seems to be.

As a Rhona I would say they growing up the fact it rhymed with loaner/moaner and stoner was annoying and no one ever spells it right. Having said that, I love my name now as an adult. I’m also not a ‘middle aged fake tanned chain smoker’ 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love it my best friend is called Rona. She really suits her name, is musical, quirky and a bit bohemian
