Arthur

Do you associate it with Disney at all? I’ve told DH that Sebastian is officially off the table, after going back and forth on it for months, because of its Disney connection with Aurora, our eldest’s name. Which brings me onto...

Initial sharing? It’s something I usually want to avoid, especially when it was just DD1 and DS (so Arthur was immediately out) but I’m thinking it’ll be 2 out of 5 now and on opposite genders - thoughts?

Bonus question for anyone who followed my last post 😂 With Sebastian gone, Penelope also faces the chop - unless anyone has any other (twin) brother name suggestions for it? Just nothing too matchy is our rule!

Thanks!

I don't associate it with Disney.. But it is so, so, so popular in my area. I don't like initial sharing either but I would for the right name.

It’s #91 here currently. I have a feeling it’s going to rise soon though.

No not at all

No Disney connotations for me (and I'm fairly Disney mad) but it is very popular here too.

Only a small Disney association between Aurora and Arthur (only when you mention it). But I also find Arthur quite trendy and less classic than Aurora (which I love).

I wouldn't match Aurora with Arthur as siblings.

If it's your fifth child, how about Quentin? Love the name (even for non fifth borns)!

pixieloux · 03/12/2018 19:47

@pipilangstrumpf Quentin is on the list along with Zachary :)
