Hello, I'm expecting my first DS in April and have no idea what to call him!!
So far my short list consists of:

Axel
Frederick
Leonard
Joseph
Myles
Harvey

What are your opinions?? I'm open to any suggestions to add to the list

Love Axel and like Miles (spelled like this)!
The rest are okay.

I have a Leonard, we call him Lenny, so I’m obviously biased but it’s a brilliant name, known but not common.

Myles is great, as is Milo.

Prefer Jonah or Joel to Joseph.

I like Leo as apose to Leonard and Joe as apose to Joseph.
Trying to think of other names you might like.
Christopher. Cooper. Francis. Felix.
Casper. Gabriel. Matthew. Rex. Dexter. Thomas.

Not my taste but Frederick with nickname Freddie is cool.

Love Joseph, it’s a timeless and classic name.
Axel is interesting, reminds me of Guns n Roses. I wouldn’t use it as a name though.

Don't like Miles as it's a unit of measurement like Kilometres!

I love Joseph :) if I had my way that’s what I’d call my baby if it is a boy but DP isn’t as keen on it :(

I really really like Axel. I did read somewhere that it's spiking in popularity recently if that has any bearing (it wouldn't put me off too much tbh). I also like Miles and Milo, if that's an option. Really don't like Harvey but the others are OK. How about Barnaby, Zachary, Nathaniel, Jacob?

Leo or Jonah. I can't stand Axel.

Love Miles. (This is the original spelling, I think.) But the only one I don't like is Axel. Leonard is a bit...difficult, too, but I like Leo.

I like Miles or Leonard.

Leonard, Joseph and Frederick are all lovely names with good nicknames.

I prefer Miles with an i rather than y. It's ok. Really don't like Harvey and it's nowhere near as classic as your other choices.

Alex instead of Axel?

I love Joseph the most. It's so handsome.

Axel is the only one I don't like. I also think Miles is nicer than Myles.
