Middle name

Hi, we have decided on the name Austin for our DS.
DH is pretty set on the middle name of Spencer but I'm not so sure yet. What are other peoples opinions and or other suggestions?

Austin Spencer sounds like a company name.

Sorry, I agree it sounds like a department store.

They are both surnames so I think that's why the combination is like a company name. It reminds me of Marks & Spencer. I like Austin but would put it with a non-surnamey middle name.

Austin is a nice name, not keen on Spencer.

Spencer doesn't really go. You could have Morris, Healey, Powers, Ambassador...

Although I like Austin, whatever name you put after it will make him sound like a firm of solicitors! That doesn't matter though, you rarely say both your names out loud. Just pick a name you like.
