Both are really nice. I would go with Martha.

Martha would give you too many TH combinations in the DCs' names (there's one in Bethany).

I like Hazel better with your other names and even just vs. Martha. Each of the DC names stands alone and doesn't sound too close to any of the others if you choose Hazel, though I agree Hazel Louise has the Ls running into each other.

Are you completely committed to Louise or would you consider another middle name?
