I personally like Laurel and Mallory. They're similar to Rowan. Rowan is a boys name too?

L4kbe · 30/10/2018 18:21

How about Elissa. Not too common or strange

Clara. Then again it’s my ten week old girl twins name so I would say thatSmile

I love Emma too. It’s due a comeback.

BackIntoTheSun · 30/10/2018 19:24

Daisy, Clara or Emma

Thewolvesarerunningagain · 30/10/2018 19:38

Great choices! I love Emma, Anna, Eliza, Clara and Lucy. All classic, strong but cute names. Also perhaps worth considering Agnes, Imogen, Ursula, or Elsie which have a similar vibe.

crosstalk · 30/10/2018 19:42

Vivian
Julian (aka Julian of Norwich)
Beatrix
Alexandra
Fiona/Fionulla if you have any scots blood.
Meredith if you pronounce it properly (accent on the second syllable)

Whatever you do, you'll find huge numbers of people in your daughter's age group with the same name. Someone should do research into why we congregate round names. In my DD's age group at senior school there were four Charlottes, Emilys Annas, Emmas, Elizas, 3 Claras and 2 Lucys. Pre Mumsnet.

Erm.... Clara! Smile

Berniethefastestmilkwoman · 30/10/2018 20:11

I really like all of them apart from Eliza which I dislike and Lily which is okay but not as lovely as the others.

Escolar · 30/10/2018 20:13

My favourite is Clara.
