Middle name to go with Ezekiel

So we really like Ezekiel as a first name, but struggling to think of a middle name... Our surname is single syllable so not worried about it being too long. Hubbie likes William as a middle name but I'm not quite convinced, any suggestions?

Will he be known as Zeke? Nice names.

David was the first name that popped into my head.

I really like the combination of Ezekiel John (and I'm not a huge fan of John by itself).

I think I really like a simple, well known name to complement Ezekiel. Love Ezekiel by the way.

I love Ezekiel and it's on my (long) list. I think it sounds great with a one syllable middle name like George and Ray.

Ezekiel wouldn't be my choice but then neither would Ray or Ross etc. Each to their own surely?

Ezekiel is awesome! I'd use a short name like James as a middle name.

Ive been considering Ezekiel too; love it! No name suggestions but personally I'd aim for a one-syllabol middle name to go with!

I really like Ezekiel Saul that a PP suggested. I love the name Malachi. Would Ezekiel Malachi be too prophety?!

I think james or John work really well with it.
Its hardly the strangest name I've ever heard, so I don't see the need for criticism.
