Not sure if I'm being silly with this one but how do you pronounce Amos?

That's how it's pronounced in Germany, and probably various other countries, but in the UK it's ay (as in day) - moss.

OK, thank you!! I've heard a few people pronounce it so that it rhymes with anus and wasn't sure if that was right!Hmm😂

It doesn't rhyme with anus because the stress pattern is different, but it's the same long a sound. The second syllable is moss rather than mus.

Ay (as in play) mos (as in the plant moss).

Amos will be pronounced like "aymus" (or anus) in America.

But it should be fine in the UK.
