My dh really likes Ollie for a girl.

I have come around to quite liking it but I don't like nn type names as formal names.
What else can Ollie be short for?
I don't really like Olivia, I don't mind Olive but it doesn't really need a shortening.

Any ideas? Tia.

I do like unisex names, but I have never heard of Ollie used for a girl... it could be short for Olivia though, or Olympia?

It's ok. I like Orla.

There's no such thing as a unisex name. There are just boys names that girls are allowed to use. And when girls start using them, boys stop using them and they become girl's names.

@BertrandRussell well that's just not true now is it.
