WRT Alba, have you read the house of the spirits by Isabella Allende? In it there are 4 generations of women all called names that mean “white”. Alba is one of them, and the others are Clara, Nivea and something else I can’t remember, but I think Neve means white too? So you could make the case for Alba as a matching name for DD1?

I don’t know how to tag people but thank you. Actually meant to have Alice and Noa on there so definitely right tracks. Yes re the white theme, interestingly the Spanish translation for Alba is my name. So double winner.
