DS is arriving by elective section on Wednesday and doesn't have a name. Me and DH can't agree on a name and we like quite different types of names. Our DD was named long before she was even conceived so we have never been in this position before.

Our chosen middle name is Keiron and our surname rhymes with Riley (this is outing so have name changed for this).

Names I like:
Isaac
Nathaniel (Nate)
Reuben (however DHs cousin is also called this)

Names he likes:
Arlo
Atticus
Roux
Otto

We both like Issac and Arlo however neither like the other enough to commit to it.

Can anyone give their opinion on the names we have or suggest other names we might like based on these?

I think Isaac and Arlo are both getting fairly popular now, I know a few - if that doesn't put you off.

Reuben is my favourite out of the names you like. I'm not keen on the other two, sorry!

I'm not overly keen on Arlo but really like Atticus, Roux and love Otto.

You guys have good taste!

I LOVE Isaac, Nathaniel, Arlo and Otto. Like Reuben and Atticus a lot. Not a fan of Roux at all though.

I'd probably go with Nathaniel or Otto, both traditional classic names that aren't used much these days. Isaac and Arlo a both a bit too popular.

I really like Isaac from your list and Roux from OH list.

Nathaniel to nate is nice, but this didnt happen with my son--in-law.
Everyone at school called him Nat, which sounds horrible and he
really hated it. (Just in case this would bother you).

Little Arlos are everywhere. Issac and Nathanial are lovely. Otto is nice. Roux is a sauce. Reuben is a bit wet. Atticus is a bit try-hard.
