Did Chris Evans really name his twins ping and pong or is my DH taking the piss?

Well it’s not your DH taking the piss - either it’s true or CE is displaying some of his ‘legendary’ humour...

The news is reporting Ping and Pong have arrived safe and well, but I’d assumed they were nicknames for them before they were born!

Surely to god it's not their real names.

No, it's been their nicknames in utero. Millions of parents do that...

They were the nicknames they gave them while in the womb. He spoke of them regularly so anyone who listened to his show would know what is meant by ping and pong being born.
Of course they won't be their real names, but I bet they'll stay as nicknames for a while!

Ah, I wish the news reports I read this morning had explained that! Clearly the journalists (like me and the OP) are also not listeners

Real names are Boo and Walt apparently

Really not sure about Boo but I love Walt.

The guy is a tosspot but I think that the real names will be christian in line with the other two? Aren't they quite religious? I wish them all well though even though I'm not a fan.
