Milo or Matthew

Hello mums,
I would love your opinions on these two boys names. What comes to mind when you hear them ?
The middle name will be James as it's a family name.

Matthew!!
Classic and traditional. Very strong! I also think the name will grow with him.
Milo seems 'faddish' to me. I also can't imagine a 50 year old Milo

Matthew james goes nice together.
Cant help but think of the Tweenies when i hear the name

I like Matthew James it goes very well. However the two Matthews I know are Matt and Matty, never called their full name but Matty James is alright too I think 🤔😄

Matthew is a lovely name. Milo reminds me somehow of Fido, like a dog's name. Blush I don't know why!

Milo is a popular name in Ireland. Very cute for little boys and I know several adult men by that name too. Good strong name!

Matthew James is a fabulous combination!

(It is also fairly common. As I discovered three hours after I announced ds’s name. Grin )

Matthew James is a gorgeous, classic name that will never date. It suits a baby, child, teenager, middle aged or old man.
Milo on the other hand, just makes me think of the Tweenies, or at least babies of mums who thought it was cool and unusual 10-15 years ago. I don't like it at all!

Sorry but Milo sounds like a hamster name to me....
