Really feels like a girls name

ceecee32 · 13/09/2018 20:27

You do realise that he might get a nickname of stuffing

sproutsandparsnips · 13/09/2018 20:37

Isn't that something to do with payrolls?

NonaGrey · 13/09/2018 20:40

What if he isn’t wise though? It’s a bit risky.

It’s not a particularly nice smelling herb either IMO.

OnASwissRoll · 13/09/2018 20:40

I too thought it was a suggestion for a girl. It really doesn't sound masculine at all.

Either way, nah. I think he'd have the piss ripped out of him forever more.

ReginaPhalange89 · 14/09/2018 14:40

Nope. It's a herb or something to do with payroll. Not a baby name imo. Awful

VeryBerrySeptember · 14/09/2018 14:42

A sage to me is a wise old person.

To me it would feel like naming a baby Yoda.

EthelThePiratesDaughter · 14/09/2018 14:55

I don't like it for a boy or a girl tbh.

D2018 · 14/09/2018 15:06

I think it's more of a girl's name to be honest.

Singingitoverandoverandover · 14/09/2018 15:45

And onion

Grandadwasthatyou · 14/09/2018 15:46

Sylvester Stallone's son is called that I believe.

treaclesoda · 14/09/2018 15:47

I'd think immediately of accounting software.

Rockyroadmallow · 14/09/2018 17:56

Horrid

TillyTheTiger · 14/09/2018 17:57

I think of accounting software or stuffing too, sorry

WerewolfNumber1 · 14/09/2018 17:57

I like it and immediately thought it was a boys name.

Goostacean · 14/09/2018 20:14

I don't mind it, but I also can't imagine "I'll be your lawyer, call me Sage", "I'll be your consultant doctor, Sage".... Mmm.

kenandbarbie · 14/09/2018 21:10

And onion
