I like Camilla, but not overly fond of Cam or Millie.

AdelaideK · 08/09/2018 21:52

It's a lovely name. I like Millie and Milla for short.

TrottingAround · 08/09/2018 21:53

I have a soft spot for 'Millie' as a nickname.

My 'DD' build a bear bunny was the apple of my eye and I still have her safely placed Grin

Very pretty and classy.

CallaLilli · 08/09/2018 21:54

Parker-Bowles. Sorry!

Sunflower321 · 08/09/2018 21:55

Beautiful name! I wouldn't shorten it at all, it's lovely as it is.

TrottingAround · 08/09/2018 22:02

I love it because of the character Camilla Trainer from Me Before You Blush

Love both Camilla and Millie.

AdaColeman · 08/09/2018 22:48

I like it, very under used.

Rebecca36 · 08/09/2018 22:48

Quite nice, seems a bit old fashioned but hey ho. She will almost certainly be called 'Milly' (which is lovely), or later on if people are being sophisticated, 'Camille'. Very smart.

Vincent is a good name btw.

MikeUniformMike · 08/09/2018 22:49

I know 3 Camillas - 2 are Cam and one is Camel.
i also know a Camille.

SemperIdem · 08/09/2018 22:58

I love it

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 08/09/2018 23:03

Again, P-B.

For me, definitely not, sorry.

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 08/09/2018 23:04

PS Vincent is absolutely lovely though!

JungWan · 08/09/2018 23:10

I love Camèllia but Camilla is parker bowles and a stretcher.

CocoLoco87 · 08/09/2018 23:13

I really like it! I do prefer Camille over Camilla but Millie / Mila as nn are both lovely. It's a versatile name.

bridgetreilly · 08/09/2018 23:20

I like both Camilla and Millie.

BlackBeltInChildWrangling · 08/09/2018 23:34

I really like Camille instead, but not shortened.

MollyHuaCha · 08/09/2018 23:39

Love both Camille and Camilla.

RavenWings · 09/09/2018 00:58

I agree with using Camille instead, that's a nice name.
Camilla = Parker Bowles, and if you're English she'll be Queen (or consort, whatever it is...not British so not particularly into the terminology). The association will continue to be very strong.

I think Millie is weak and wishy washy. You could also use Camellia. Personally I think it's too much name but you might like it.

Ifeelinclined · 09/09/2018 01:11

Love it! Although my middle name is Camille, so I may be a little biased...Smile
