I'm 37 weeks and struggling to decide on a name for DS2. Mixed race (White British/ Indian) with Indian surname starting with K. DS1 is Jay.

We have these three on our list so far. What do you think? Any other ideas welcome!!

Favourite is Zach (especially if short for Zachary, which is lovely). Ethan is OK. Harry is nice but over done, imo. Some suggestions:

Asher
Benjamin
Aaron
Dylan
Rohan
Archie
Elias
Lucas
Leon
Nathan
Samuel
Vincent

All three are ok but I prefer the spelling Zac.
I know so many Harrys.
The Ethans I know tend to be pronounced Ee-fun. (European non-British parents)
All are very popular. Of the three I would pick Zac.
I like Jay.
I would go for a very British one syllable name that is ok for both sides of the family.
Neil, Paul, Guy or Mark perhaps.

I should have added Luke.

Ethan

I like Zach (Zachary) best out of your list. However, Ethan is probably the most uncommon out of the three x

Zack is my favourite from your list. I don’t like Ethan. I do like Harry, but it’s very well used where I live, among all ages of children. That said, it may have had its moment now, so there might be fewer baby Harrys around this year and the next.

Quangot · 06/09/2018 11:29

I like Ethan best.
