Barnaby's. In love with Barnaby but unsure if it will age well. Part of me worried it will be a difficult name to pull off as an adult but then part of me thinks with all the Alfie's, Archie's, Arthur's, Hugo's etc it will fit in just fine. Thoughts?

Does anybody know any older Barnaby's? How is it generally received?

Barnaby is a very good name. He will be called, "Barney", by friends but that's nice too, it's friendly.

I went to school with one but he changed it to Ben after lots of bullying.

My brother had a friend called Barnaby as a kid - I guess he would now be about 45. he was from a very middle-class, bohemian background. I've never met another. I know a man who's known as Barney, but as he also gets called Baz sometimes, I suspect his birth name was Barry.
