Posy, Petra and Polly?

....oh, wait! I think that's been done before Grin

RandomUsernameHere · 18/08/2018 09:35

Calla is lovely! Never heard of it before but I love it.

Cbeebiesrehab · 18/08/2018 10:16

I think Calla and Eden are beautiful!

Cbeebiesrehab · 18/08/2018 10:18

Simple, short, easy to spell and say and very pretty without being too girly. What’s not to love?!

Goostacean · 18/08/2018 10:19

I’ve only ever met one Eden and he’s a boy...

Mamabear4180 · 18/08/2018 13:15

I only like Eden from your list but I think with a name like Posy, I would avoid blossom unless the other twin is also a flower name.

MikeUniformMike · 18/08/2018 13:17
  • Blossom awful
  • Star - awful
  • Calla - too much like Callous
  • Soleil - sun tan lotion?
  • Eden - ok
DC2018 · 18/08/2018 13:17

I like Calla and Eden best. X

ReginaPhalange89 · 18/08/2018 16:38

Sorry. Dislike them all. I know an Eden so I like that a little so out of them all I'd choose that.

sexnotgender · 18/08/2018 16:45

Sorry they’re all fairly grim.

Calla as in Calla Lily?

Eden is probably the least bad on the list.

pouraglasshalffull · 18/08/2018 17:15

Eden is the only name on the list I kind-of like. Really not a fan of the others personally. How about Luna? I think that's a gorgeous name

youarenotkiddingme · 18/08/2018 17:54

Also going to say I love Ballet Shoe and the name Posy Grin

Eden is nice but again, not keen on other names on your list.

Other flora inspired names are

Flora!
Fleur
Daisy
Rose

Or what about Eve? Form the garden of Eden!

Eden and Eve. And Posy
Eden, daisy and Posy
Eden, Rose and Posy

youarenotkiddingme · 18/08/2018 17:54

Or Lily!

TatianaLarina · 18/08/2018 18:40

I love the name Posy too. It’s just this list I don’t like.

What about Nancy, Polly, Nell, Violet and Iris, Phoebe and Aurora, Briar and Willow.

RosieRainDrop · 18/08/2018 18:55

I think we're definitely going to go for Calla for one of them.
Seren and Aster are my top two for the other at the moment but since Posy and Calla are both from books I'll maybe have a hunt through my shelves.

Just sounds like Calour gas to me. What about Callista/o, Calina, Cassandra.

Callista and Serena go well together.

RosieRainDrop · 18/08/2018 19:07

We're not English and don't do the 'ar' thing that I've noticed a lot of English accents do so I'm not too worried about it sounding like Calor gas

I'm not sure about how Seren sounds with our accent though Hmm

I must say you are taking this all in very good humour, OP. Good for you. I wouldn't use your names myself but I do think they are very pretty, you'll have some truly dreamy girls.

I wouldn't go for Blossom since you have a Posy.

Seren and Aster are gorgeous; so are Calla and Soleil. Star and Eden are fine but not stunning.

RickOShay · 18/08/2018 22:55

I really like them all Grin
What about
Storm

Sailor

Saskia

Iris

Dulcie

Nina

Athene

Picknickers · 18/08/2018 23:56

Calla and Seren are lovely

Sarahgrace123 · 19/08/2018 03:36

Stella and Sarea

NancyBlackettsRedCap · 19/08/2018 04:30

Lyra from His Dark Materials?

KavvLar · 19/08/2018 04:41

Aasta? Means love I think.

cavycavy · 19/08/2018 04:52

I know a Calla! An English woman who runs her own business. Named after the Lily.

veeboo · 19/08/2018 05:05

Seren means Star in Welsh and may for with your theme OP?
