I can't find an 'us' name

As the title suggests, we are struggling to find a name for both boys and girls that we feel is 'us'. Come up with a lot of names we like but that don't feel like something we would actually choose or could imagine calling our child. The only one I am actually considering right now is the girl name Frances as it is the closest thing I can imagine to the type of name we would choose. We have two boys already called George and James. George is named after a grandfather and we loved the name and James is a name we liked mainly based on the nicknames. I guess from our boys names it would appear we are more traditional/old fashioned. I guess I am seeking help to actually find a name that fits.

I love Frances and I hope you stick with it for a girl.

The brothers I know called George and James have another brother called Charlie (officially Charles I think). I like the suggestions of Arthur, William and Edward too.

Benjamin
Albert (Albie for nn)
Theodore (Teddy or Theo for nn)
Freddie (although I don't like Fred as a nn)

My granddad is called Francis (pronounced the same as Frances) so I am very put off that name from that!
