Second name thoughts?

Undecided on second name for Nina, what do you think of these:

Nina Penelope (I like it but don't like 'Penny', not that it would be shortened, as it would be the second name)
Nina Carissa (DH favourite, I like it too but not sure what sort of connotations it has - Greek origin)
Nina Gabrielle
I also quite like Nina Emmanuelle Blush but not getting much support from DH on this...

I would like something classy and feminine. Quite like Zara too but would probably add it with another name (Nina Zara something) rather than on its on...
One of these or something completely different?

Thank you!

Nina Carissa.

Why do you need a second name, nobody uses them? I would only use a second name if it meant something or to honour somebody.

Nina Penelope. I like Clarissa but not Carissa. (Sounds too much like Caresser)

TheRightTrousers · 11/08/2018 14:39

Thanks Mike, interesting as I was wondering about the name as it's more unusual.

Clarissa is lovely. I don't like Clarrie but as a middle name that wouldn't be a problem.
Carissa is a name and if you love it then use it. Carrie is nice if you wanted it as a 1st name.
Actually, it's growing on me. use it. I love Nina.
