I think of Clover from 'What Katy Did' too, and I loved her so yes, I like it.

What Katy Did. I prefer Rosamond as a homage, though (Rose Red in What Katy Did at School).

I quite like it!

It’s the name of the wife in one of my favourite short stories- The Lie by T. Coraghessan Boyle. Though, she does want to change her name to Cloris.

When I was young, my best friends mum was called Clover Moss - I have always thought it was a wonderful name (can't believe I actually remember it 40+ years on!)
