Yes or no?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
DaniCam89 · 31/07/2018 13:09

Sorry but I really don't like it.
How about Juliett, Paulette or Scarlett instead? X

Lancelottie · 31/07/2018 13:12

I do like it, probably because the only one I've known IRL was lovely.

Greeneyedgeek83 · 31/07/2018 13:35

Yes Juliette is on our list. Was just curious as Jean might be a middle name any way :)

Crankie

NannyR · 31/07/2018 13:37

I quite like it. It makes me think of "oranges are not the only fruit" by Jeanette winterson which is one of my favourite books.

NotBuiltForThisWorld · 31/07/2018 13:39

Jeanette and Annette make me think of net curtains so it's a no here!

Greenteandchives · 31/07/2018 13:39

It’s nice, and Jeannie is lovely for short.

MikeUniformMike · 31/07/2018 13:41

Dated. I like Jeannie. Don't like Juliette. Juliet is much nicer.
Annette Curtain.

kenandbarbie · 31/07/2018 13:54

I find it a bit from my dsis generation who was born around 1960

Jamforlunch · 31/07/2018 14:00

Lovely

BakedBeeeen · 31/07/2018 14:01

Sorry, Jeannette is very dated, it would be like calling a baby Beryl, or Gloria, it just sounds weird!! Juliette or Juliet is far nicer.
I do like Jeanette winterson as an author. Just not baby name inspiration.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 31/07/2018 14:03

No sorry. Jeanette and Janet are dull.

Jean is nice.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 31/07/2018 14:54

Id go for it. Jeanette is far from dull these days
If you're worried about being 'dull' avoid names such as
Ava Amelia Freya. Isabelle. Sophia.Isla
Lily, Ruby. anything hyphenated with May/Rose/Grace.

deptfordgirl · 31/07/2018 15:03

Jean is nicer. Also love Juliet

Habeebtea · 31/07/2018 15:07

My mums name!

LeeMiller · 31/07/2018 16:08

Jean and Juliette are nicer than Jeanette.

villainousbroodmare · 31/07/2018 16:10

I prefer Jean.

MarshaBradyo · 31/07/2018 16:12

Much prefer Juliet

DramaAlpaca · 31/07/2018 17:30

No. Very dated. I don't like Jean much either, but it's OK as a middle name. Juliette is nice.

Juliette Jean would be fabulous.

Icklepup · 31/07/2018 17:35

Juliette Jean is much nicer.

billysboy · 31/07/2018 17:39

www.jeanettebrakewell.co.uk/

Hardly boring or dull !

TatianaLarina · 31/07/2018 17:44

So so awful.

I don’t think Jeanette Winterson would have chosen it.

BonnieLass5 · 31/07/2018 17:47

Awful. Leave it in the 50s.

Belindabauer · 31/07/2018 17:49

Would she be named after someone? It's often a name associated with women of around 40-50.

ErrantBakedBean · 31/07/2018 18:29

I do find it a bit dated, along the lines of Deborah or Elaine. Love Leonette though, meaning lioness, with Letty or Netty as a nn.
