Just after some advice really, husband went got DD birth registered today, he later came home and said he thinks he’s messed up about our wedding date and my DOB when he was asked about this, will this mean anything? This information doesn’t show on the birth certificate but he said he was asked about it and mixed the two dates. Should I just leave it, as it doesn’t effect the birth certificate? He’s still not sure what date he said about our wedding and my dob, he’s always been like this with remembering dates I just thought he would’ve remembered by now after 10years I’d marriage Clearly not, he’s registered all 4 of the kids so not sure if they would already hold that information about me?

Ring them and speak to them, yes it matters!! You could create future issues and it's not worth taking the risk.

Yes it does matter. However that doesn't mean it can't be sorted out. Give them a call first thing and explain. I'm sure it's not the first or lAst mistake on a Birth certificate.
Is putting the parents date of birth on a bc
a new thing now. I don't remember having to do that when I registered DD. z

You need to call and correct the information given.
