Too dated?

I love it! I wanted to name my daughter Juliet but my husband vetoed it.

RedDwarves · 18/07/2018 09:18

I love it.

Not dated at all. It's never been popular enough to be considered dated. Dated is something like Karen or Margaret - a name which had a significant burst in population and saturated the name charts for a few years, but then rapidly dropped off. Juliet does not fit this.

I don't like it. Don't like Jules/Jools as a nn.
Dislike the Julie-ETTE way that some people say it.
Quite nice otherwise.

MariaMadita · 18/07/2018 11:03

It's nice but I prefer Julia.

ZebraKid71 · 18/07/2018 13:50

I like it but dislike the obvious nn for it.

TatianaLarina · 18/07/2018 15:23

So boring.

Highpeak · 19/07/2018 17:32

I also have a 1 year old Juliet, always getting compliments on it

It’s no1 on our list for DD2 at the mo. The only name that me & DH can both agree on so far! I 95% love it - not sure what’s stopping me yet from being 100% on it.

StrawberryCat · 20/07/2018 21:48

It's pretty, although I prefer Julia.
