Short edgy girls names?

So I am due in two weeks and still struggling to decide on a name for our baby girl. We both like short names and so far we like either indie or coco... what’s everyone’s thoughts on these names? Also any suggestions are welcome! Thank you!

Susan. Certainly edgy for a baby born in 2018.

Non - my DH suggested this for a girl , we had a boy in the end !

I was going to say Beau but I thinks that's the boys spelling so it would be Bo for a girl

Cosmoa · 16/07/2018 16:22

That was meant to say Raeya/Raya

AmazingPostVoices · 16/07/2018 16:24

I wouldn’t think of either Indie or Coco as “edgy”.

I’d think of them as a bit fluffy tbh.

why on earth would you want a name described as 'edgy' when the definition is
tense or on edge (unless there is some silly new meaning for the internet generation)
the name does not make the bearer into anything special or like the name - and edgy name can be attached to a child who is shy and introverted.

shaggedthruahedgebackwards · 16/07/2018 16:50

I have a feeling that Rae will become the next Mae hence becoming the opposite of edgy

I much prefer Coco to Indie

GreekGracie · 16/07/2018 16:52

Why on earth not? Each to their own and all that.... also who are you referring to with the ‘internet generation’? Considering you’re currently responding on the internet! I asked for suggestions not a rant.

Thank you to everyone for your suggestions, I also love Juno but my so doesn’t like the fact she would be called June for short. Definately some lovely names there to think about Wink
