Thoughts on two boys names

What are your thoughts on the names Emmanuel and Isaiah?

There are far nicer names from the OT.

Awful names imho, sorry OP , if you like them though, have them it is no ones business.

I really like Isaiah. I'm less keen on Emmanuel (and would prefer to spell it Immanuel).

I think they are both lovely. Isaiah was on my first short list for a boy but had a girl anyway!

I wouldn't use them. I know an adult Emmanuel band it suits him.
They are very religious names and I would expect the family to be evangelists or something.

Isaiah is lovely, Emmanuel is too much of a mouthful for me.
