Noah Joseph or Elliot John?

Elliott John sounds too much like Elton John!

So on that basis alone, Noah Joseph

I know you said not to but.... Elliot Joseph! Pp is correct that Elliot John is too like elton John. Elliot is a fab name, way better than Noah which I think will date.

I know you say don’t switch them around but agree with Lass about Elton john! I also worry Noah Joseph sounds like the start of a list of important figures from the bible. All nice names but I really would change the orders around!

The only reason I say don't is because I have a slight preference for Elliot (Joseph is DH's dad's name) and DH has a slight preference for Noah (John is my dad's name) so it makes it balanced

I obviously got that the wrong way around. My preference (DH's dad's name in the middle) and his preference (my dad's name in the middle)

Noah is really popular ATM and I love Elliot, so I'd go with that. Who cares what the middle name is? No one knows what someone's middle name is unless they check their passport. I have two middle names and they're utterly redundant!

I think Elliot Joseph sounds lovely, maybe awkward with the dad thing I guess but ask your DP!

Elliott John. I didn't think of Elton John and presumably your baby would normally be known as Elliott without the John. It's nice to see something other than James as middle name for a change!
