Experience of baby name change

Just wondered if anyone had experience of changing their baby's name after registration and how family reacted? In particular the in laws? Thank you

But it really isn't your in-laws business. At all.

Projecting a lot of confidence (preferably after the name has already been changed) might increase the chances of this happening without a hitch.
