We’re pretty decided on the name Tanner for our second son.

Our first son is called Carter Atholl. (Atholl is maternal grandfather)

We can’t seem to find a nickname to suit however!

My suggestions so far have been;

• Tanner Jude (paternal grandmother is Judith)
• Tanner Arthur (paternal gr-grandfather)
• Tanner John (because I think it sounds like a cowboy 🤠)

Help?

Ooh I really like Tanner. I think Jude flows better, than Arthur and I'm not keen on John

I like Tanner Jude the most of those. Tanner John sounds a bit hard.

Tanner is my nephews name

I like Jude and John.

Ooh nice.

(Tanner Joe sounds more of a cowboy!)

I know a tanner. He’s known as tanner. Why do you need a nickname?

Tanner Arthur doesn't work - you can't have two names ending in a 'uh' sound one after the other.
