Help with DC3's name!

Siblings are Caroline Stellina and Renee Charlotte. Some names DH and I have (finally) agreed on for the shortlist are:

Which are your favourites? Trying to narrow down the list to 2 for each gender as we don't have long left before little one will arrive.

Middle name will most likely be one of the following family names:
Josef, Wilhelm, Alexander. Maria, Mirabella, Elise, Grace.

Grace- like it, classic but I think better as a middle name
Juliet- love this, my favourite by far
Helena- also very nice

Joel- meh, makes me think American man in his 20s/30s
George- love it but very popular
Scott- ok, maybe a bit dated
Ellis- don’t like it, heard it on several girls recently (I’m in the US) and it’s the mother in grey’s anatomy
Nicholas- love this too, probably my favourite as you hear it a bit less than George

As for middle names other then Mirabella which is quite frilly all your choices are lovely and there’s no bad choice.

Grace - Yes. Much prefer it as a first name and not as a middle name.

George - OK, but royal family connection puts me off.
Scott - possibly dated but it's growing on me the more I think about it.

Thanks all. Awesome to see all the love for Helena, as it is definitely one of my favourites. After some deliberation, I think that DH and I have narrowed down our girls names to Helena Grace or Tatiana/Tiana (Tee-ah-na) Elise, which DH would quite like to honour his late grandmother Tatiana. We have also narrowed down to Nicholas Wilhelm/Josef or Joel Alexander for a boy. Joel pronounced Jole by the way, which is the only way I have ever heard it.

Only a week until the due date, so I guess it's just a waiting game to see what suits our LO. Throughout the whole pregnancy, Caroline has actually been referring to the baby as 'Ben or Holly', so I guess we have a good set of backups if nothing suits
