Two middle names for Thomas

So we settled on a name but now need two middle names, finding it hard to find two that go together well and with Thomas.

Do you have a shortlist of names you like? Or family names you would like to honour maybe?

I do for first names but I'm not sure how well they would go as middle names.

Thomas Aiden Rhys

Kayden and Malachi don't flow very well as middle names, but I think you can definitely work with the rest of those names. Especially if you pair them with something more classic (Alexander, James, etc) which always tend to flow nicely with almost any name.
So, what about:

I know four people called Thomas. Every one has George as a second or third name!

Nathan - doesn't flow. Not keen
Kayden - awful
Aiden - ok
Bobby - doesn't flow. Use Robert.
Malachi - maybe
Kai - no
Rhys - No

I'd go with Malachi but I'm not sure how to say it. Is it said like Mallocky? Malla-Kye?

I would go for a middle name beginning with j because I love the film My Girl! Thomas James is lovely I think.
