Hi everyone,
Can anyone suggest any boys names that are unusual but not weird? We simply cannot agree on a name but we know we don't want a traditional name (nothing wrong with them just not for us!) xx

For what it's worth, Hunter and Parker aren't really original but pretty on-trend surname names that are quite popular at the moment.

Examples known by me personally (all under 5):

Cooper
Fletcher
McKenzie
Huxley
Taylor
Darcy
Everett

Torbjörn (thunder bear!) and Elvis were on my boys list. There was probably a big sigh of relief from DP when we had girls.

lizzlebizzle33 · 07/05/2018 20:55

A kid in the park the other day was called Axel, I almost want another baby so I can call him that 😂

My boys are Caleb and Cody, not traditional or weird (I don't think).

Good luck choosing! It's so difficult.xx

My little boy is Woody. Can't imagine calling him anything else now! It's a bit marmite, but we love it Smile

@nikkil123 One is just outside the top 50 of UK girls names last year and the other just made the top 5,000 I think!

But these are older children/teens.
