What do you think of Walt for a boy? I'm not to keen on Walter (I think of the whiny kid from Dennis and Gnasher) can anyobe sell Walter to me? But also thoughts on Walt as a stand alone name

Walter White or Walt Junior came to mind immediately. Not keen personally. Is it after a family member?

I quite like it, although I immediately think Disney.

Yeah I just hear Disney after it. Plus I would call the child Walter on assumption that that's his name. Walt just seems unfinished.

I know a couple of very cool Walters, so I'm a fan.

One goes by Wal the other Walt. Or, often, Walter.

I quite like just Walt but it’s one of those names everyone would constantly be asking “Is it short for X?” or just calling him the “full” version. I would find that annoying but it may not bother you.

I’d have to dress him in Disney clothes 😉 but I do like it!

Not on its own. I like Walter though.

WALT is used in primaries here to mean 'we are learning to...'. The pupils use term when talking about their learning too.

I like Walter and Walt. They're retro enough to be pretty cool now.

I don't like either Walt or Walter. I was also reminded of WALT that you see in lots of school classrooms.
